Our bonkers time in Malta
Malta is a tiny island south of Sicily in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. We, the 6A, spent one week there to improve our English and were accommodated with host families divided into small groups. After we had got off the plane we could immediately feel the heat of the Maltese climate, which took us a bit to get used to.
Our typical schoolday
A habitual schoolday started with us being picked up by a van to be taken to school. The first lesson usually began at 9:15 a.m. and the topics we devoted the lessons to were climate change, migration, and Malta including general facts as well as its culture. With the four lessons coming to an end, we had a short break before our daily afternoon program.
